Lydia began her career as a massage therapist in 1995, after studying at The Myotherapy College of Utah, in Salt Lake City. From 2015-2016 she attended a series of seminars by John Morgan at The Western North Carolina School of Massage in Asheville, and was certified in Clinical Neuromuscular and Structural Bodywork. She learned NMT techniques to release TMJ, neck and back pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, frozen Shoulder, and tennis elbow. She is also certified in Pregnancy and Postpartum Massage, Geriatric or Senior Massage and Reflexology, Reiki Energy Bodywork, and CranioSacral Therapy. She has worked with cancer patients of all stages of treatment.
